3/4c brown sugar
1t vanilla
1 1/2t cinnamon
1/2 t baking soda
1t baking powder
1/2t allspice
1/2t cloves
1/2 c oatmeal muffin mix
1 1/12 c whole wheat flour
1 c milk
1 1/2 rhubarb
1/2c strawberies

mix together
sprinkle with brown sugar, walnuts and coconut
Bake at 350º for 40min
