Step 1:
- 1cup chopped walnuts
- 1pkg yellow cake mix
- 1pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2cup milk
- 1/2cup vegetable oil
- 1/2cup dark rum

Step 2 - Glaze:
- 1/2cup butter
- 1/4cup water
- 1cup white sugar
- 1/2cup dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over bottom of pan. In a large bowl combine Step 1 ingredients - blend well, and pour batter over chopped walnuts. Bake for 60 minutes.

Step 2 - Glaze:
In a sauce pan, combine butter, water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue to boil for five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Brush glaze over top and sides of cake. Allow cake to absorb glaze and repeat until all glaze is used.
