2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 (1-oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups flour (all-purpose)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add about 1/4 of dry mixture at a time to chocolate mixture, mixing after each addition. Cover and chill dough at least 2 hours.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
