3 soup bones
1 tbsp olive oil
2 stocks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
Salt / pepper
1 cup red wine
Water

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pan, heat oil. Add soup bones and brown all sides. Add all chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Brown well. Add wine and cook down till half. Add water to fill pot. Bring to boil then simmer for 1 hour. Strain. Discard bones and vegetables. Pour into containers and freeze any used amounts
