3/4 cup sugar
2 TBSP cornstarch or tapicoa
1 cup hot water
1 small package strawberry jell-o
2 cups sliced and sweetened strawberries

Cool whip

Directions:
Bring everything to a boil.
In a pre-baked pie crust add sweetened strawberries.
Pour over the strawberries.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream.

Michelle learned how to make this pie in 4H. It was the first desert which I made that my dad really liked. I made a whole bunch of these over the summer I was 8 years old.
