2/3 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of liquid honey
1/2 cup yellow mustard
2 tbsp curry powder to taste
2 frying chickens, or chicken pieces of your choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Melt butter in pan. Add honey, mustard and curry powder. Stir together.

Roll chicken in sauce and place skin side down in baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes, basting with the sauce. Turn chicken so chicken is skin side up. Bake for another 35 minutes. Enjoy!
