3 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup buttery-flavored oil (a must)
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 medium bananas, chopped (not mashed)
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, oil, eggs and vanilla in mixer all at one time. Mix well. Add pineapple, beat until blended. Add nuts and chopped bananas last.
Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes in Bundt pan (or tube pan) that has been sprayed with Pam.

No need to ice. Cake is better after second or third day. Keep tightly covered after it has cooled
