1 pound butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups cake flour
7 eggs
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and 1 egg at a time until all are used. Add lemon juice and rind.
Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
