Ingredients:  
8 C old fashioned oats
1 C raw sunflower seeds
1 C raw sesame seeds
1 C raw pumpkin seeds
1 C raw wheat germ
1 C raw flax seeds (grind them to 1/2 C)
1 C dry milk powder
1/2 C honey
1/2 C maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 C safflower or canola oil
1 C chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, and or hazelnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients
Stir well
Pour into 2 9X13 pans.
Bake 225 until golden brown and toasted ( about 2 hours)
Stir every 15 minutes
