2 Tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup milk
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
3 (10-ounce) packages frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
3 ounces ham, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Add milk all at once. Cook, constantly stirring, over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and constantly stir over low heat until the cheese melts. Stir in corn and ham. Transfer the mixture to a buttered, 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
