Ingredients:
Ingredients:
a little sugar
enough white vinegar to absorb the sugar
some evaporated milk, half and half, or Miracle Whip
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Yes, this is another one of those "a little of this and that" recipes.
In a bowl, put, oh, about a Tablespoon's worth of sugar. Carefully, pour in just enough vinegar to soak it up. This will only be a spoonful or two, about the same amount as the sugar. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Mom most often used the canned evaporated milk, use what you have. Pour in and whisk up enough so that your salad will be nice and moist. Start with about 1/4 cup and work from there.
This is good on cabbage slaw or leaf lettuce salads. Increase the amounts for a bigger bowl of salad!

Personal Notes:
Nice change from bottled dressing. Quick and handy with what you have in the house! Wes always says it reminds him of blueberries.
