1 Package Butter Flavored Cake Mix
2 cups sugar
1 carton sour cream (or two)
1 Package (12 oz.) frozen coconut, thawed
1 1/2 cups whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions, making 2 layers. Split layers.
Bled sugar, sour cream and coconut. Chill. Spread all but 1 cup of sour cream mixture between layers.
Blend remaining cup of mixture with whipped cream and spread on top and sides of cake.
Seal in air tight container and refrigerate for 3 days before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
