Clyde Elizabeth Young Grosskopf


2 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda
After sifting dry ingredients together, Add:
1 1/2 cups Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 8-oz. cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cup chopped nuts.

(This was all that was in the files. There were no directions about how long or what temperature to cook cake.)
