1 qt. milk
1 c. half and half
1 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and half and half, being careful not to scorch. In a large heavy pan, melt the butter. Add flour and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in heated milk and cook, stirring frequently until mixture bubbles and thickens. Stir in 1/2 c. sugar. Pour into serving bowl and pour melted 1/4 butter on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
