1 bag brussel sprouts
1 bag spring mix
1-2 cups Feta cheese
1 cup dried cherries or cranberries
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 bottle Balsamic Vinaigrette with Pure Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Clean brussel sprouts and cut in half. Place on cookie sheet; drizzle with little oil and roast in oven until cooked. Will turn a golden brown color. Let cool.
Clean spring mix and place on a serving platter. Place cooled brussel sprouts over spring mix. Sprinkle Feta cheese over top; then sunflower seeds and dried fruit. Lightly cover salad with dressing; tossing gently to let dressing blend.
This salad is about presentation; do not completely mix all ingredients.
