1 whole chicken cup up
7 cups corn flakes, crushed in bowl
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Add flour, salt and pepper, mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter, coat with the crushed corn flakes. Put in a pan and pour the melted butter over chicken. Bake T 350 until done.
