32 oz broccoli florets
3 - 15 oz cans sweet peas (do not drain)
1/2 onion
12 oz tomato puree
1# elbow pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Clean broccoli and cut to spoon size pieces. Do not make to small. Cook in larger pan. When broccoli is cooked, add peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate pan, saute diced onions in oil. When cooked, add tomato puree. Let simmer.
Add to broccoli and peas. In separate pan, cook elbow pasta. Drain and add to soup. Serve with Parmesan or Romano cheese.
