1 medium onion
1 clove garlic 1 (16oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (16oz.) tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp dried crushed basil
1.tsp. Salt
1 large box lasagna noodles
1 Tbsp. Cooking oil
2 eggs
2-1/ cups cottage cheese
1 small bag Parmesan shredded cheese

Directions:
Cook all meats, onion, bell pepper, garlic till browned and drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, paste, basil and salt. You might need to add more tomato sauce and paste to your preference. I also add a little Lemmon pepper, season salt, onion salt and garlic powder sparingly. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook noodles until tender in boiling salt water and a little cooking oil. Drain, tinge and lay to the side on waxed paper separated.
Beat eggs and cheese, parsley, salt, 1/2 tsp. Pepper and cottage cheese. This will make a 9x13 pan plus another small one. Lay a layer of noodles in the bottom of the pan. Add a layer of meat sauce, then a layer of cheese mix. Repeat, then put a layer of noodles on top, a little cheese and a little sauce for color. Bake at 375º until done.
