1 egg
1/4c. milk
3 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. cooked crab meat or 3 cans (6 oz. each) crab meat,
flaked and cartilage removed
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbs. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the first 8 ingredients.

2. Fold in crab.

3. Place the bread crumbs in an shallow dish.

4. Drop 1/3 c. crab mixture into crumbs, shape into a 3/4" patty.
Carefully turn to coat.

5. Repeat with remaining crab mixture.

6. In a skillet, cook patties in butter for 3 minutes on each side
or until golden brown.
