1 boneless breast of chicken
1/2 bag of mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
chopped onion (optional)
choice of herbs (garlic, oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme)
1 can cream of chicken soup (use cream of mushroom if everyone likes shrooms)
1/2 c water
frozen potatoes (optional, I do not include them when I make this)
1 can of biscuits or pizza dough or crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350º
Cube chicken and cook in a skillet. Add soup, vegetables, onion, water, herbs and stir to combine. Add more water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.
Pour meat and vegetable mixture into a lightly greased baking dish (8x8, 7x11)
Roll out dough and shape into the size of your baking dish
Place dough over meat mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until top is golden brown and internal is bubbly
