1 .5 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 C chopped onion
3/4 C oatmeal
1 sm can evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Sauce
1.5 Cups Ketchup
1/2 C Onion chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 C brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs; add oatmeal, milk, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add hamburger; mix well. Shape into balls. Place in sprayed pan. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; drain. Mix sauce; pour over meat balls. Bake for 20 min more.

NOTE; Can be made ahead of time. I shape meat balls with medium-size ice cream scoop.
