1 lb. bok choy, chopped small
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen Noodles
2 oz. sliced almonds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove flavor packet from the Ramen Noodles. Break noodles in small pieces. Brown sliced almonds. In large skillet melt butter. Add sugar, sesame seeds, Ramen Noodles, and almonds and brown. Cool and pour over the bok choy and green onion. Mix together.

Mix together the vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce. Pour over salad and mix just before serving. I double recipe for a crowd.
