1 cup organic peanut butter or almond butter
1 cup of agave nectar or honey
7 scoops of DMX meal replacement shake powder
1 1/2 cups of uncooked oatmeal
5 Tbsp. of cocoa powder or substitute 5 Tbsp peanut butter
**options add your favorite flaxseed, granola, fiber, or any other of your favorite healthy seeds (ie..pumpkin)

Directions:

Mix peanut butter and honey in a microwaveable bowl
Heat for 60 seconds. Mix well
Add shake powder mix and mix well
Add rolled oats and mix gently
Spread in a 9 inch square pan
refrigerate 1 hour
Cut into bars
Refrigerate 1 hour, or until solid enough to cut into bars. Wrap each bar in foil or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for easy on the go snacks for the whole family

These are as great healthy snack that my family loves. I use a cookie sheet and spread thinner as they are very filling and an excellent source of fiber. My grandbabies especially loves these bars when we are at the pool as they can have chocolate & or peanut butter as I always make both!
