4 bone in pork chops
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1 c. white rice
2 c. water
salt
pepper
chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix all other ingredients together in large bowl. Brown pork chops in 1 tbsp. of oil. Place pork chops in baking dish. Pour drippings over them. Pour rice, tomatoes, peppers and onions on top. Cover and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until rice is done.
