2 lbs of hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion

cook together

1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 lb Velveta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onions. Drain grease. Add mushroom soup, garlic powder, Rotel tomatoes and cheese. Mix and cook till cheese is melted. May make ahead and keep in refrigerator until needed. Warm before serving
