12 large cucumbers, peeled & sliced
8 large onions, sliced
8 red bell peppers sliced
1/2 cup salt

4 cups white vinegar
5 cups white sugar

7 tbsps mustard seeds
5 tbsps celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumbers, onions, peppers, and salt together let stand overnight
Rinse in cold water then grind through a chopper or grinder.

Put ground mixture in a large sauce pan and cook until clear & slightly thick.
Remove from heat, add mustard and celery seeds.

Put in canning bottles, either 1/2 pint or 1 pint, and cold pack to seal
