5 potatoes
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
1 cup of grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line your slow cooker with tin foil and prepare your potatoes by cutting into them in slices, but not right through, so that the potato remains intact, with a 'sliced' appearance on top.
2. Place your potatoes into the slow cooker and drizzle with the olive oil before cooking on high for four hours.
3. After the cooking time is finished, sprinkle with the grated cheese, then cook for a further 30 minutes and serve hot.
