1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1lb package brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 square butter or margarine

9 quarts popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first four ingredients in heavy sauce pan over medium heat stirring constantly. Cook to soft ball stage.

In large bowl pour popcorn, then pour Carmel over popcorn stirring to coat evenly. Pour out onto large buttered baking sheet. Cool. Divide and put into small plastic bags.
