1 pkg Lemon Jello (small)
1 can crushed pineapple (small)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1 pint heavy whipping cream, whipped with1 tsp vanilla and 3 Tbsp sugar
1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat in small sauce pan heat pineapple and sugar until in bubbles.
Prepare jello with boiling water, stir in heated pineapple.
Place in refrigerator until set.

Stir jello/pineapple to break up. Add whipped cream, cheese, and marshmallows. Stir until combined. Serve. YUM YUM!
