32 oz. bag of frozen tator tots
8 eggs
2 C milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

1 lb of cooked sausage (or diced, cooked ham)
1 1/2 Cups cheddar, shredded
1/2 Cup Mozzarella, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.

Mix together the tator tots, cooked meat, and cheeses.

Spread the meat/tots mix into a 9x13 pan and even it out. Pour the egg mixture over the top.

Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes. Make sure the middle is set. If not, bake longer.

I added chopped onion the first time I made this and everyone liked it, so I now make it with chopped onion... about 1/2 an onion or one small onion. If you don't like onion, stick with the original. I have made this with mild sausage, but also with 1 lb of Farmland diced ham which is already cooked so nothing to prepare, just open the bag, drain any liquid and dump in with the tots. That is really well liked by friends. This came from a Facebook post.
