Thinly sliced Chip steak. 1 per person
Thinly sliced prosciutto 3 slices per steak
Sliced provolone cheese 2-3 slices per steak
Grated cheese. Parmesan or Romano
Pepper & parsley flakes
Flour
Eggs
Seasoned bread crumbs
Skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Place steak on cutting board. If too thick, use meat tenderizer to desired thickness
Place prosciutto on steak. Layer provolone cheese on prosciutto
Sprinkle grated cheese
Sprinkle Pepper & parsley flakes
Starting at wide end of meat, tightly roll meat
Prep eggs, flour and bread crumbs. Dip meat in flour, eggs & bread crumbs
Slice meat roll into 4-5 pieces. Skewer each piece and place on parchment covered pan
Bake at 350 rotating when golden brown
