1 lb. sharp cheese
1 Stick butter
2 c flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Softened cheese and butter to room temperature, add remaining ingredients. Use cookie press and cut approximately 2 inch lengths.

Bake at 375 on ungreased cookie sheet about 10 minutes until edges lightly brown. Do not overcook.
