1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/4 c chopped onion
1 c diced celery
1 Clove minced garlic
1 (12 oz) can tomatoes
3/4 c cornmeal
1 (12oz) can corn
1 (4oz) can black olives
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to º375 Crumble beef into hot skillet, brown, then add onion, celery,and garlic. Drain grease. Drain tomatoes. Reserve 3/4 c of juice and mix it into cornmeal. Crush tomato, add cornmeal and cook over low heat stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add corn with liquid and olives (opt), chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and meat mixture. Spoon into 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes makes 6 servings
