1 litre unsweetened apple cider2 litres pineapple juice
2 litres orange juice
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 freshly squeezed lemons
1 lemon sliced
1 orange sliced
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
6 cinnamon sticks
10-15 whole cloves
1 apple sliced

Mix all ingredients in large pot/dutch oven and simmer for 1 hour.

You may add white rum.
