1 lb White Chocolate
1/2 C Chunky Peanut Butter
6 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Line a 15" x 12" jelly roll pan with wax paper or parchment paper. Break white chocolate squares into 1" pieces into 1 1/2 qt. microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes or until melted. Stir until smooth. Add peanut butter & microwave on high 2 minutes or until melted. Stir till smooth. Give additional 30 seconds, if needed. Spread mixture into prepared pan. In a 2 cup microwave safe measuring cup, melt chocolate chips 1-2 minutes. Pour melted chocolate chips over the peanut butter mixture. Swirl through with a knife & refrigerate till firm. Break or cut into pieces.

This is a yummy hit at our church fellowship gang. The recipe came from Cathy Barber at the Dallas Morning News and was published here in the Post Dispatch newspaper many years ago.
