1 red onion
1 green pepper, both cut
into thin rings
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worchestershire
1 tsp. yellow mustard

mix together everything but carrots, onion, and peppers
then add carrots, onion, & peppers. turn in all & chill.
