4-6 oz steak of your choice
Red Potatoes
Baby Arugula
Parmesan Cheese shaved
Balsamic Vinegar
Honey
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season steaks with salt and cracked pepper.

Balsamic reduction:

In small saucepan add 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 1 T honey on medium heat bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until reduced by 1/2 about 10 min. Set aside

Slice red potatoes and place on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Roast In oven @ 350º for 15 minutes then set oven to broil on low until roasted.

Cook steaks until medium or to your liking. Set aside to rest.

Plate roasted potato slices 4-5 then slice steak and fan out on top of potatoes. Smother this with baby arugula, shaved parmesan and drizzle balsamic reduction on top.
