1 cup dill pickle juice
1 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cup flour
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
Peanut Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into roughly 1" pieces and place in a zippered bag with pickle juice for at least four hours.

Mix milk and egg together in a large bowl. Drain pickle juice from chicken and discard. Mix the chicken with the egg mixture. Drain excess egg mixture.

Heat oil to medium-high.

In a zippered bag add flour, powdered sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. Shake well to mix. Add chicken and shake to coat. Cook chicken in peanut oil until crispy and brown, appx. 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
