3-1/2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. dried tarragon leaves
2-1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in the fridge. Will keep for 10 days.

Water Street is a restaurant from Corpus Christi. This is their house dressing. As you can see, this recipe makes a ton! I usually cut it in half.
