5 lb bag red potatoes cut into cubes (Peeled or unpeeled your choice)
1 onion quartered
1 tsp crab boil
7 eggs boiled for 8 minutes rinsed, peeled and smashed with fork

Creole mustard
Blue Plate Mayonnaise


Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Dried Parsley
Dried Dill Weed
Dried Celery Seed

Boil cubed potatoes with crab boil and quartered onion until potatoes are soft.
Drain water remove onion and mash potatoes while still hot. Add all seasonings to your liking and mix well. Add chopped eggs. Add mayonnaise (fresh jar not refrigerated) and creole mustard to your liking. Mix well until somewhat creamy mixture.
