Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/4 to 1/2 cup of water....enough to cover the bottom of the crock pot...
2 1/2 to 3 pound roast....sirloin or chuck roasts are the best to use...
Lowry’s seasoned sal, 1 1/2 t rubbed over roast...
Onion powder, 1 1/2 bred over roast....
Juice of small jar of mild pepperoncini peppers...
2 to 4 of these pepper...
1 package of au jus...

Directions:

Put water in bottom of crock pot....
Sprinkle roast with Lawy's salt and the onion powder...
Place roast in crock pot and pour the juice of pepperoncini peppers over the roast and add the peppers, also...
Cook on low for 24 hours, stirring occasionally after 12 hours...
1 hour prior to serving add the package of au jus, (dry) do not add more water, stir...
Serve on long steak buns, cut in half...

Enjoy!

When serving be sure to add a ladle of juice with pulled roast on bun...
You can add some horseradish on bun with meat if you care...

Have a nice cold beer ready to down with sandwich....

Very easy and very tasty!
