Italian Cookies Recipe

3 lbs Flour
3 lbs Sugar
6 tsp Baking Powder
1 lb Lard
1 stick Butter
6 tsp Vanilla
6 Eggs
1 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
6 tsp Cinnamon

Mix together flour, sugar, lard, butter, baking powder, salt and cinnamon on working surface.
Make a well and add eggs, water, and vanilla.
Mix well and knead until shiny.
Form into shapes and bake for 15 minutes.

To make glaze:
Mix together confectioners sugar, egg white, and lemon juice.
