1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 egg
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine both sugars, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices,
2. In another bowl combine egg, pumpkin, oil and water. Add wet to dry and mix until combined.
3. Grease a loaf pan and pour batter.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes and remove from pan, Wrap in aluminum foil and let it cool completely.

Wrapped the bread in foil isn't necessary BUT it does make the bread super moist. It's worth a try at least once!
