2 Tbsp butter
1 large peach or use apples too
3 eggs
3/4 c flour
3/4 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 Tbsp butter in Dutch oven. Cut up 1 large peach - sauté with 1 Tbsp sugar, dash cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mix together eggs, flour, milk, and vanilla.
Pour over peaches.
Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes at 400 until brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar

Terri has fixed this when visiting them in Florida. She also makes an apple one using her iron skillet. Susie Carmichael
For less pancake, you can use: 2 eggs, 1/2 c flour, 1/2 c milk, and 1/4 tsp vanilla. Maybe this serves 2.
