1.5# ground beef
3 large green peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz) beef broth
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
4 oz chopped mushrooms
1.5 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
in Dutch oven or sauce pan, cook beef, peppers, and onion over medium heat, drain

stir in broth, soups, tomatoes and mushrooms, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for atleast 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, add rice, stir through
