1 2/3 c. chopped nuts of your choice (I use pecans)
1 c. unsweetened coconut, finely shredded
1 c. raisins or other dried fruit
1/2 tsp. allspice + 1/2 tsp. cloves (or you may use cinnamon)
Dash of salt
1 c. nut butter of your choice (almond, peanut, sunflower)
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. solid coconut oil, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together nuts, coconut, dried fruit, spices and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together nut butter, honey, vanilla and coconut oil. Combine the two mixtures. Press into a parchment- or wax paper-lined cookie sheet or baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into bars and serve. Keep refrigerated.
