Ingredients:  
1 onion chopped
2 1/2 c chopped potatoes
2 c or more water
salt and pepper to taste
2 small or 1 large can of cream of chicken soup
2 c or more milk

Topping:
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c sour cream
crumbled bacon
2 T parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 6 ingredients until potatoes are done. Add milk, topping with last ingredients as desired.
