1. 10 lb. Bag of Red Potatoes
2. Vegetable Oil
3. 4 Sticks Softened Butter
4. Rosemary with Garlic Seasoning
5. Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash Potatoes. Quarter or dice if bigger potatoes.
2. Preheat oven to 400º. Parboil- Bring water to a rolling boil. Drop potatoes in and cook for about 10 minutes. Check to make sure they aren't super hard, but not to soft either because they will cook a little bit more in the oven.
3. Prepare pan- coat pan with vegetable oil, cut up 1 stick of butter, place slices in pan. Pour potatoes into prepared pan. Put more butter on top of potatoes. Mix till butter is melted.
4. Coat potatoes with salt, pepper, then rosemary with garlic seasoning. Stir and season again with salt, pepper, and rosemary with garlic. Stir and sprinkle on a little more rosemary. Put in oven.
5. Cook for 30 minutes or till soft, stirring once half way through and adding more rosemary if needed.
6. After cooking for 30 minutes. Change oven to Broil-high. Watch potatoes till desired crispness. Stir so bottom potatoes can get crisp.

This recipe is a great holiday dish and also for get togethers.
* Instead of parboiling potatoes. You can pre cook them until a little soft in the microwave for a few minutes to reduce cooking time in the oven.
