Ingredients:
Ingredients:
•3 Cans Cream of Celery Soup
•2 Cups Veggie Broth (You might need to add more if gravy is to thick.)
•6 Tbsp. Butter
•6 Tbsp. Flour
•Pepper, Poultry seasoning, and just a little Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
•Pour soup and broth into pot and heat on stove.
•Melt butter in microwave about 45 seconds, it should be boiling a little bit.
•Add flour while butter is super hot (It will not come out right if it's warm or cold) Add one tbsp. of flour at a time and stir until it resembles wet sand, it will be thick.
•Make sure the soup is very hot, almost boiling and add in the flour/butter mix and whisk all together.
•Add seasonings now. (I usually sprinkle seasonings around the pot once or twice; according to taste).
•Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes to let flavors go through.

Personal Notes:
Mom's Tips:* I prefer OSEM Vegetable Soup and Seasoning Mix for my Veggie Broth. Gravy might thicken; if so add more broth. If too thin, repeat the butter/flour mix to thicken. *Instead of adding flour/butter mix to whole pot of gravy. Make it in a separate pan/dish and then slowly add a little veggie broth while whisking so there's no lumps, then add to gravy.
