3 cups cold milk
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup sugar

1 can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 T butter

Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 cups of milk, rice and sugar in saucepan. Simmer until most of the milk is absorbed.
Put in oven proof casserole.
Add the evaporated milk, 1 cup milk, vanilla and butter. Mix together.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Bake 350 until there is a golden brown crust - about 40 minutes.

Hot or cold - this is the best. Raisins could be added if you want them but Danny would not like that!!!!
